Shipping

Handling & dispatch

We ship Monday through Friday with a 1 business-day handling time. That means orders placed on a business day are typically packed and handed to the carrier the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates

We charge a flat rate of $4.99 for shipping on all orders. Orders over $49.99 ship free. No weight calculations, no distance surcharges — just a simple flat rate. Everything ships from our warehouse in Monroe, Michigan.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If it's been more than two business days and you haven't received tracking, reach out and we'll look into it right away.

Delivery times

Transit time depends on the carrier and your location — most domestic orders arrive within a few business days of shipping. Handling time (1 business day) is separate from carrier transit time. We currently ship within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

Our promise

We want you to be happy with what you receive. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they meet the eligibility conditions below. Because we sell liquidation, overstock, and open-box merchandise, every item is graded and described honestly before listing — but if something arrives not as described, we'll make it right.

What's eligible

  • Most new or lightly used items, returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items returned in the same condition you received them, including any original packaging, tags, parts, and accessories.

Who pays return shipping

  • We cover return shipping when the return is the result of our error — for example, you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, or an item not as described.
  • We also cover return shipping for returns started within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition you received it.
  • For other returns (a change of mind outside that window), you're responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to start a return

    Message us first. Head to our contact page, choose "Return or refund," and include your order number and a quick note (a photo helps if the item arrived damaged or wrong).
  2. 2
    We'll send instructions. We'll confirm your return is eligible and send you the return address and a prepaid label if we're covering shipping.
  3. 3
    Ship it back. Pack the item securely in its original condition and send it off. Hang on to your tracking number.

When you'll get your refund

Most refunds are completed well within four weeks of you handing your package to the return carrier — and often much faster. That window covers three stages:

  • Return transit: 5–10 business days for the package to reach us.
  • Processing: 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your return once it arrives.
  • Bank processing: 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund after we issue it.

We'll email you when your refund has been issued on our end.
