Two friends.
One warehouse.
A whole lot of deals.
We're Vega and Tobin — best friends since high school, now business partners chasing something we built ourselves. Warehouse11 isn't a faceless company. It's two real people in Monroe, Michigan, hand-checking every item that goes out the door.
From a high school side hustle
to our own warehouse.
It started with Vega. Back in high school, he was flipping and reselling whatever he could get his hands on — learning the hard way what sells, what doesn't, and how to spot a real deal from a mile off. What began as a way to make some extra cash turned into something he genuinely loved.
The two of us had been best friends since freshman year, and somewhere between classes and hanging out, we always talked about the same thing: one day we'd run a business together. Not work for someone else's dream — build our own.
When we graduated, we had a choice to make. We could play it safe, or we could bet on ourselves. We saw the opportunity in liquidation and overstock — brand-name and private-label products getting tossed aside that we could pass on to people at a fraction of the price — and we took off running. That's Warehouse11.
We're 18, we're just getting started, and we're putting everything into making this work. When you buy from us, you're not feeding a corporate machine — you're backing two friends building something real, one pallet at a time.
The two behind the boxes
Vega
Co-FounderThe one who started it all. Vega's been reselling since high school and has the eye for spotting a deal worth grabbing. If it made it into the store, chances are he found it.
Tobin
Co-FounderThe other half of Warehouse11. Tobin jumped in to build this alongside his best friend — from sourcing to listing to making sure every order gets out the door right. Two heads, one mission.
What you get buying from us
